Refund Rules
After we receive and verify the returned products are intact and compliant with return standards, we will initiate the official refund process. The refund will be returned to the customer’s original payment account within the official refund cycle. All qualified returns do not involve additional handling fees, ensuring customers’ shopping rights and interests are fully protected.
Non-Returnable Situations
Products with artificial damage, used traces, missing original packaging or accessories, and non-physical damaged products caused by personal subjective reasons do not support return applications. We reserve the right of final judgment for product return qualification verification.
